Warranty
1. Premium Warranty
2. Warranted that the Life Insured must be free of any physical deformity and is of normal health.
3. Warranted that coverage for any Life Insured whose occupation is in the Police, Army, Naval and Air Force will be limited to the time when such Insured Life is not on active duties. Any claim by the Life Insured must be due to an accident which has occurred during the normal private and social activities outside the scope of the Life Insured’s employment for claims to be payable.
4. Warranted that this coverage is made strictly on named basis.
Special Condition
Insured person who has epilepsy, asthma or other respiratory disorders, diabetes without treatment and uncontrolled diabetics, physical deformity in any way such as limping or persons that require walking aids would not be considered and will thus be excluded from coverage under this policy.
Exclusions
The policy excludes all claims directly or indirectly caused by any one of the following:
a) Pre-existing physical defects or infirmity.
b) War or any act thereof, invasion of foreign enemy (whether war be declared or not), direct participation in riot or civil commotion.
c) Professional sports, winter sports other than skating, various hazardous sports like rock climbing & mountaineering requiring the use of ropes or guides, potholing, hang gliding, bungee jumping, parachuting & any kind of racing other than on foot, speed or reliability trials.
d) Air travel except as a fare-paying passenger on a recognized airline operating on regular scheduled air routes and flown by professional crews between properly established and maintained airports. For purpose of this exclusion, the Insured Life would not be covered if he is involved in any technical operations or navigation whilst in the aircraft.
e) Insanity, intentional self injury, deliberate exposure to danger (except to save human life), suicide (whether sane or insane), provoked murder & assault.
f) Pregnancy or childbirth, pre-existing physical or mental defect, all forms of disease or illness, AIDS
g) Criminal or Unlawful Acts and drug addiction.
h) Ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear waste or from the combustion of nuclear fuel including any self – sustaining process of nuclear fission.
i) Terrorism
j) Intoxication by alcohol.

1. Members will be covered automatically by MAA Takaful Insurance.
2. Autocard Privilege Sdn. Bhd. will possess the policy certificate permanently.
3. For every reimbursement/claim purposes, kindly contact Autocard Privilege Sdn. Bhd.
